Dartmouth self catering holiday accommodation with car parking

The maisonette comes with its own permanent & private car parking space. It is located across the market square (roughly 100 yrds). A car parking space is very rare in Dartmouth. Do not confuse this with a parking permit. These do not guarantee a space in the town centre public car parks with approximately 25 permits to each available space

The river's edge is 150 metres, just up the end of the road. It is lovely to sit and watch the boats, go crabbing and of course eat a traditional portion of fish & chips

There are two public parks nearby. The beautiful Avenue Gardens is 150 metres away, at the end of the road, on the seafront. It often has activities going on and live music staged on the old band stand. Coronation Park is a large lawned space which is a favourite for families to picnic and play ball games. It is located a further 150 metres along the sea front from Avenue Gardens, going up river

The maisonette overlooks the market square. There is a market Tuesdays & Fridays plus a Farmer's Market on the 2nd Saturday in the month
