- Changeover day is Friday. Check out 11am. Check in after 4pm unless free. Please ask.
- We happily take bookings for short breaks (excluding 23rd July - 3rd Sept + Christmas & New Year unless still available 4 or less weeks before the date). Please do enquire. The price is 70% of the weekly price for 3 days and 80% for 4 days.
- 30% deposit is required at the time of booking & is non refundable unless we are able to re-let the property.
- The balance plus £150 refundable damages deposit is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
- The security deposit is refunded within 10 days of departure (subject to property inspection).
